At Stampify.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. As most of our products are custom-made according to customer specifications, please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Advance Payment Policy

All custom orders require 100% advance payment before the design and manufacturing process begins. Production will only start after payment confirmation has been received.

Custom-Made Products

All stamps are manufactured according to the text, logo, design, and specifications approved by the customer. Therefore, custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Proof Approval

Before production, we provide a digital proof/sample for customer review. Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, text, design, and layout details before giving final approval.

Once the design is approved and production begins, no changes, returns, refunds, or cancellations can be offered due to customer errors in the approved proof.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during shipping

• Defective due to manufacturing issues

• Different from the approved design

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

After verification, Stampify.pk will repair, replace, or remake the product at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before design work or production begins. Once the manufacturing process has started, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if:

• Stampify.pk is unable to complete the order

• The delivered product is significantly different from the approved proof

• A verified manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through replacement

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must carefully review the proof/sample before approval. Stampify.pk is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect information, design errors, or layout issues that were approved by the customer before production.
